Yes. Our coffee is grown using organic farming practices — no synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. The beans are shade-grown and sourced from farms that use natural, soil-first methods, so what ends up in your cup is as clean as it is good.

These programs can provide practical resources such as employment assistance, job readiness, housing support, transportation, clothing and basic necessities, mentorship, family reconnection, and other re-entry services.

Where does Image Bearer get its coffee?
We work with an experienced specialty coffee roasting partner that sources quality coffees from producers around the world.
We look for coffees that meet our standards for quality, consistency, responsible sourcing, and, most importantly, taste.
Our mission matters deeply to us, but we also believe the coffee should be good enough to earn a place in your daily routine on its own.
How fresh is the coffee?
Freshness is a priority.
Our coffee is roasted in small batches rather than being produced months in advance and stored as long-term inventory. This helps us provide coffee with better aroma, flavor, and overall quality when it reaches your home.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within approximately 2–3 business days.
Because our coffee is prepared in small batches, certain orders may occasionally require additional processing time. Orders are generally not processed on weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Image Bearer offers a 5-day satisfaction guarantee from the confirmed delivery date. If something isn't right with your order, contact our support team within five days of delivery.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are generally processed within 7 business days after approval.
Can I subscribe and receive coffee regularly?
Yes. Subscription options are available for customers who want their coffee delivered automatically.
Subscriptions make it easier to keep coffee on hand without placing a new order every time. Available subscription frequencies and options will appear on the product page when offered.
