If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Approved claims will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Subscription orders can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for refund.
